Medi-Cal — also known as Medicaid — is a public health insurance program for low-income people offered by the State of California.
Medi-Cal Managed Care is a health plan that helps make sure people get good healthcare that's easy to reach and doesn't cost too much. They work with groups of doctors and hospitals to organize the care people need, especially focusing on making sure folks can see a doctor early to stay healthy. These plans help save money while making sure everyone gets good care.
It covers low-income families with children, seniors, persons with disabilities, foster care children, and pregnant women who qualify for help.
Community Health Group provides health care coverage for San Diego County residents who are eligible for full Medi-Cal.
Once enrolled, we will work with you to find the right health care providers to meet your needs. We also have many special programs to help you maintain your health.

As a member of our managed care health plan, you have no copayments, deductibles or annual/lifetime maximums.
